At Punchline Bandit, we aim to deliver chaos and laughter, not return headaches. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines how The Trustee for The Malagoli James Trust t/as Antares Projects (trading under the brand Punchline Bandit) handles returns and refunds.

🎲 Print & Play Downloads

All digital products, including our Print & Play editions, are final sale. Once your order is processed, it's yours—no take-backs. This policy is standard for digital goods, as per U.S. consumer protection guidelines.

👕 T-Shirts (via Printify)

Our tees are made to order just for you. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or not as described. If there's an issue, contact us at info@punchlinebandit.com within 30 days of receipt with your order details and a photo of the problem.

📦 Official Boxed Games

We accept returns for our boxed games if:

  • The item is defective or not as described.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, email info@punchlinebandit.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we'll provide return instructions. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@punchlinebandit.com.

🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to digital downloads once the download process has begun.
